I had a fantastic stay here, especially enjoying the close proximity to Loring Park and the Guthrie Theater, both of which were just a pleasant stroll away, making my weekend of city exploration thoroughly enjoyable as I wandered through the beautiful green spaces and experienced some great performances.

I had a fantastic stay, really enjoyed the spacious Deluxe King Room and super clean facilities! Room service was reasonably good too, bringing everything right to me, absolutely loved that convenience!

We loved our stay, especially the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were super helpful, offering great tips about exploring the nearby Bank Stadium. Our teenagers enjoyed the convenient gym and nearby eateries during our visit.

My kids wished that the pool area had more kid-friendly activities, like games or a slide.

However, the wait at check-in was frustrating due to the staff's indifference, affecting the overall experience. Additionally, the food options felt limited, which was disappointing during my stay.

The hotel offered an impressive atmosphere and friendly staff. The large, clean room featured a fantastic soaking tub, even though some noise issues and a broken fridge cabinet were frustrating. The location was excellent, with easy access to dining and shopping.

However, the check-in process felt disorganized, which was disappointing, and the room fell short of expectations in terms of amenities. i had a wonderful stay at hyatt centric. the staff was amazing and always available when we needed them. my room had a huge bathroom, perfect for getting ready. plus, it’s close to great local spots, and the fitness facilities are a big plus too!

the hyatt centric is a great place to stay! the room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing shower and plenty of storage. we really appreciated the prompt room service and the quick response when we called for towels. every staff member was friendly, especially during our celebratory visit, and they even treated us to a glass of wine for our anniversary!
